Again there were not many pictures of the match as it was raining on me the whole match and yet again there were 3 big blokes sitting where I was, so moving was tricky. I was one of the lard buckets, the other two were just big boned.
I just knew it was going to be a bad day when I looked out of the window and saw the snow falling. The trains were diverted via Southampton and so took 3 1/2 hours to get into London. There is no Waterloo and City line running on Sundays so I had to get 2 tube trains before I even got to Liverpool Street, then there’s the train from Liverpool Street to White Hart Lane. Nearly 5 hours to get to the ground and when I got there it was raining. Sitting in row 2 in the East stand even when the rain stopped the drips kept coming, so all in all not great.
No Comment! I really can’t be bothered saying anything about this game. 10 hours of travelling, a hundred quid spent to watch that? Hmmmm.
